  1. My bed is not responding to the remote button pushes, what can I do?
    There is a variety of reasons why this problem may have occurred, please follow the following steps to diagnose the bed and pinpoint the issue;
  • Ensure that the bed’s power cord is plugged to the wall socket and the power switch of the wall socket is switched to he ON position.  If  you are using a power board with power surge protection, Make sure the power surge button on the power board has not been engaged
  • If the bed is still unresponsive, then trace the power cord back to the power pack located beneath the bed. Ensure that both the power cord as well as the control box cord are connected to the power pack.
  • Find the green LED on the power pack, if the Greenlight is not illuminated then that means the power pack has failed and will need to be replaced, Please contact us on 1800 616 061 to resolve.
  • If a green light is illuminated on the power pack; Then the issue is the remote is out of sync and will need to be programmed re synced to the bed.  The instructions to do so are as follows;

– Turn the power off from the wall socket, and wait 10 seconds and turn the switch back on.

– Within 20 seconds of powering the bed back on, press and hold HEAD UP and FOOT UP on the remote simultaneously.

– You will hear a audible faint Beep indicating the successful sync.

 

  1. I own an older Revitalife bed and my bed is non responsive to the remote, what can I do?
    There is a variety of reasons why this problem may have occurred, please follow the following steps to diagnose the bed and pinpoint the issue;
  • Ensure that the bed’s power cord is plugged to the wall socket and the power switch of the wall socket is switched to he ON position.  If  you are using a power board with power surge protection, Make sure the power surge button on the power board has not been engaged
  • Replace the 3xAAA batteries for the remote
  • If the bed is still unresponsive, then trace the power cord back to the power pack located beneath the bed. Ensure that both the power cord as well as the control box cord are connected to the power pack.
  • Find the green LED on the power pack, if the Greenlight is not illuminated then that means the power pack has failed and will need to be replaced, Please contact us on 1800 616 061 to resolve.
  • If a green light is illuminated on the power pack; Then the issue is the remote is out of sync and will need to be re synced to the bed.  The instructions to do so are as follows;
  1. Flip the bed over to access the underside.
  2. Find the Grey control box and dismount it from its bracket and ensure all the connectors are secure.
  3. Press and hold the small black button on the side of the control box for 5 seconds
  4. On your remote, Press and hold flat for 5 seconds to engage pairing mode
  5. Then hover the remote over the control box and run it in a ∞motion from top to bottom of the top side of the remote and overlapping as you work your way down.
  6. The remote screen will flash blue when you are close to the pairing sweet spot.
  7. You hear a audible Beep, indicating a successful pairing.

 

  1. Can I reprogram the preset position for Semi Fowler, Zero G and My Zone buttons?

Yes, You can reprogram the preset position buttons to a more comfortable setting. Here are the instructions how;

  1. Press and hold buttons Head up/down and Foot up/down to get yourself in more comfortable position
  2. Once you are comfortable with the desired position, Press and hold the button you’d like to program the button to set the position to and FLAT simultaneously, the timing is critical.
  3. You will hear an audible beep indicating a successful execution.

 

  1. Can I turn the power off from the wall when the bed is not used?

Yes, You can shut the power off to the bed for as long as you’d like.  The bed will not fall out of sync nor will it forget any custom settings you have programmed.

 

  1. How can I adjust the legs?
    At its standard height, the base with the cloud mattress is 63cm high, and with freedom mattress is 58cm high.  If you feel it is too high, you can lower the bed by flipping it on its side and taking off the plastic cap at the base of the leg and unscrewing the lower leg section.  Be sure to put the plastic cap back on the leg still attached to the bed to avoid damaging your floor. Which will drop the height by 7.5cm/3 inch.

 

  1. How to access the back up batteries for my bed?
    The backup batteries are stored in the power pack.  Trace the power cord back to the power pack and dismount the unit from its housing.   Slide out the cover on the underside of the battery pack to reveal the battery compartment.  The power pack houses 2x 9v Batteries.  For safety purposes, the batteries will need to be replaced once every 12 months, even if they’re not used.

 

  1. My Bed has USB ports, but one side is not working
    Check the control box mounted beneath the bed and ensure all the connectors are secure.
